Building Guests

You will be sent a building QR pass from [email protected] If you have not received your pass, check your spam folder before contacting your producer and/or rental manager. The code is scanned at the turnstile to enter. You do not need to stop at security for entry.

Driving

Pickups and Deliveries

GPS navigation: Use “141 Flushing Avenue” for Building 77.

For parking as well as loading dock/ pickups deliveries use “Clinton Ave Gate”. You must bring a copy of your order for security at Clinton Gate if you have not received a QR code building pass.

Do not enter Building 77. Go to freight 56 of Building 77. If freight 56 is unavailable, you may use 55 or 57 and notify TCS staff of your location.

Call us at (212) 582-3749 to tell us you are here. A TCS employee will meet you at the dock.

Parking

Parking inside the Navy Yard is limited– arrive early! Deliver your kit to the freight (see delivery instructions above) before parking.

There are three parking lots within walking distance from outside the Navy Yard to Building 77.

On-street and metered parking are available outside of the Yard on Flushing Avenue and on many of the adjacent streets. Non-metered parking is available underneath the BQE along Park Avenue.

F-Train: Shuttle Reroute

BNY SHUTTLES ARE NOT PICKING UP AT THE NORMAL SHUTTLE STOP across from the York St. Subway exit. INSTEAD, make a left out of the station and take a short walk along JAY ST.  Cross PROSPECT ST and SANDS ST. and look for the MTA Shelter on your right 

(shelter is located on the opposite side of the street from 77 Sands St.).

A-Train: Walking

Get off at Jay Street-Metrotech.Take the Willoughby Street-Metrotech exit. Take Jay Street towards Johnson Street. Turn right on Tillary Street walking towards Flatbush ext, turn left on Gold Street. Turn right on Nassau Street. Continue on Nassau to Flushing Ave. Enter building 77.

Ferry

Use the Brooklyn Navy Yard stop on the Astoria route.

There are three Citibike docking stations outside the yard and there is a bike room on the 2nd floor.
